1 Spoon Garam Masala

Machli ko namak laga kar 2 ghanty tak rakh dain. Phir gandum ka aata or sarsoun ka oil laga kar achi trah dho lain. Ub isko hawa mei thori der rakh kar khushk kar lain or ghee mei fry kar lain.
Rice ko 15 minute tk pani mei bhigo dain. phir piyaz ko ghee mei daal kar brown kar lain. Jab brown ho jaye tu namak, garam masala or 1 piyali pani daal dain. Phir Dahi shake kar kay dal dain
Pani khushk ho jaye tu isy khob bhonain or fried machli is mei daal kar thori der shake krein.
Ub is mei 1.5 kg pani daal dain or pani dry hony par dum day dain. 10-15 minute tak dum pay rakhein apka tasty FISH- PU|LAO tayar hay.
