4 glasss Water
2 Spoon Fresh Cream ( For Green Chatni)
2 adad Tez Pat
4 pieces Green Pepper
1 Spoon Black Pepper
1 Spoon Garlic Paste
1 Spoon Zeera

Sab Sey pehly chatni bananay kay liye ( Hara dhaniya, Hari mirch, Kaali mirch, lasan, adrak, zeera) grind kar lain.
Ub oil garam kar kay is mei Chatni, tez pat, rice, namak or pani dal kar pakaein. Jb pani khushk ho jaye tu lemon rus or cream mila kar isy dum par rakhein.
10-15 minute baad dish mei nikal lain or boil anday is par saja dain. Apki dish tayar hay.
